Participants are invited to submit a short essay or poem exploring the art, nuance, and humanity of anaesthesia.

• Word Limit: Maximum 200 words
• Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere
• AI Policy: No use of artificial intelligence is permitted in the creation of submitted works
• Submission Deadline: 15 August 2025
• Eligibility: Only the first 20 entries received before the deadline will be taken into consideration
