REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

  • The ticket type selected determines attendance sessions on 2 – 5 October 2025.
  • Lunch and light refreshments during breaks as indicated in the programme (For on-site attendees)

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

Attendees must provide proof of payment by attaching the payment remittance following the registration fee payment to registration@sarc2025.com.

To ensure smooth registration processing, all delegates making Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments must clearly indicate their unique registration ID and registered name on the payment slip. Please ensure this information is accurately provided to avoid any potential delays or complications.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • Registered delegates who are unable to attend may send an alternate i.e. one-for-one substitution at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat before 31 July 2025.
  • Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subject to a processing fee of SGD 50.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted, no later than 31 July 2025 to receive a full refund. However, an administrative fee of SGD 50 will be imposed.
  • Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be entertained, and are chargeable, including No-Shows.
  • There will be No refund of any type for paid registrations, including any bank transfer fee or surcharge levied by the bank or credit card company.
  • All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Conference is held.
